Louise Coffey-Webb is an Associate Professor in the Fashion Design Department, teaching courses in the History of Costume Design for Film and Television and Costuming.

Formerly the Curator of the Fashion Study Collection, she taught courses in Fashion Exhibition as well as the History of Fashion.

Louise lectures on Fashion and Costume History throughout the U.S. and U.K., for example, to sold-out audiences at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. She has also given workshops in Collections Management for Costume Collections, the basis of a forth-coming publication.

Before Woodbury University, Louise worked for a number of studio collections: Warner Bros. Museum, Sony Pictures Entertainment Archives, and the Audrey Hepburn Estate Collection. Her professional museum experience includes the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Western Reserve Historical Society, Cleveland and the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

Louise’s Master of Arts in Organizational Management, specializing in non-profits, prepared her perfectly for her multi-tasking position in the ever-growing Fashion Design Department.
